2)How come you the translator is not able to put the doubly quoted part ["a Doctor Freund from Vienna"] into the Korean version verbatim? The quote suggests that even the German-American newspaper did not know about the arrival of Dr. Freud.
3)Can't you distinguish the difference between Dr. Freud and a Dr. Freund anyway? "Dr. Freud" had been a specific and public figure at the time, so the proper noun Dr. Freud does not need an indefinite article 'a', but a Dr. Freund is not specific, so it has got an indefinite article 'a.'
